Final price of CNG fixed at Rs47.25 per kg
Jul 3rd, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: BusinessISLAMABAD: Petroleum and CNG Dealers Associations has announced that the final rate of CNG has been fixed at Rs47.25 per kilogram.Chairman of the Association Abdul Sami Khan announced this in a statement issued following the association’ negotiations with the government.
He said consensus has been reached over the new rate of CNG after holding negotiations with Director General Gas and Additional Secretary Petroleum.Giving the breakup of the rise of Rs9 per kg he said, Rs5.58 is the raise in the price of CNG while Rs3.42 is for the additional cost being born by the CNG stations due to the rising prices of diesel, electricity, etc.
Abdul Sami Khan said those CNG stations, which decided to shut down, have been directed to reopen. geo tv
