ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has organised Customers Facilitation Camps (CFC) in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

According to a press release of PTCL Business Zone North, these CFCs were held at Super market F-6/1, Rehman Abad Chawk, Sharja Center Rawalpindi and Westridge Bazar near Chairing Cross Rawalpindi.

The efficient and smart PTCL staff remained busy in providing information to customers about PTCL services, and products all the day. Complaint boxes were placed in the Customers Facilitation Campus.

The customers availed the opportunity for registering their complaints regarding faulty phones, non-provision of new phones, non-delivery of bills, excessive billing, Pakistan Package, Broad band and DSL etc. The customers also submitted the suggestions about PTCL services and products.
