New Delhi, April 1 (IANS) Samsung India Wednesday launched its full-touch slider phone, Samsung Ultra, and said it has partnered with the state-run telecom operators BSNL and MTNL to bundle phones for the third generation (3G) mobile services.

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) rolled out 3G services and are bundling handsets with their services for which they have tied up with Samsung.
