Vienna, April 17 (Xinhua) The daily average oil prices of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) touched a new high at $106.65 a barrel, the cartel said Thursday. Wednesday’s peak price was $0.92 higher than the previous day’s price of $105.73 a barrel.
