RAWALPINDI: Thousands of lawyers and political workers in the Long March have reached Rawalpindi from where they will march toward Islamabad.
ISLAMABAD: The participants of lawyers’ long march have started reaching Islamabad on Friday whereas Constitutional Avenue has been completely sealed- off after putting containers on its connecting roads.
The caravan of lawyers, representatives of civil society and the workers of political parties moving towards Islamabad here on Friday. Caravan left from Jhelum after leading lawyers gave address to a large gathering of participants of long march. Talking to lawyers convention, Aitzaz Ahsan said the judges have been paid their salaries, which means they are “working but not functional”
