Salman Khan recently criticized film maker who make movies only for dollar paying audience, he termed these types of movies as “dollar cinema”.
“I find it disturbing also that some film makers want to make only what is called ‘dollar cinema’” wrote Salam Khan in his blog
He didn’t give more details about “dollar cinema” but film critics believe that blog post was about Aamir Khan Production’s upcoming movie “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” and “Love Story 2050”. Both movies will be released on the Independence Day of The United States of America or on the first day of long weekend in US.
“With no consideration for audiences living in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. They ignore the rupee paying rural audience” Salman Khan wrote.
Though “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” is about college life story but “Love Story 2050” is certainly made for dollar paying audience with lots of technology use which is what American Indians like.
Lets wait for July 4th to see how people of Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh give feedback about movies released on the Independence Day of the US.
