Miss Pakistan Wants To Date Musharraf!

Reigning Miss Pakistan World Mahleej Sarkari found time last week to write a post on Musharraf on the pageant’s website.
“A little note to the people of Pakistan. Going to international pageants we have found out how much Musharraf is known to all beautiful young girls, the beauty queens. Some have replied, ‘Oh yes, the general man (sic)’. While others have said ‘the man who rules Pakistan’,” wrote Sarkari.
“Everything positive… I think personally Musharraf Sahab is very good-looking. Some Pakistani politicians may not agree with these gorgeous women. You know like Benazir, all men around the world thought she was a beauty, similarly Musharraf is a hunk. He has enough charisma to have young girls going nuts,” goes the beauty queen’s post.
Sarkari said she would love to date Musharraf if he asked her out. “Yes, any time…I like him a lot…,” she told a news portal.
Sarkari also said she thought “Mrs Musharraf would nod her head in agreement that her husband is an icon no matter what happens”.
Sonia Ahmed, founder of the Miss Pakistan World pageant, too is a huge Musharraf fan. On the pageant’s website, there are several shots of beauty queens holding up Musharraf’s picture, blowing kisses and saying, “We love you Mushy”.
“Well, I am a huge fan of President Musharraf and so are my Miss and Mrs Pakistans and I don’t know why but we all look up to him as a man who gave freedom to the entertainment industry and media.
“There is no PPP or Nawaz that gave that freedom, however they are all claiming that they are ‘oh so moderate!’” Ahmed said in a statement.
“Let me tell you future Miss Pakistans as well as Mrs Pakistans how we ended up getting the poster of Musharraf Sahab. We searched the internet and finally found this high resolution picture of him. And so we told our printer to make a big poster out of it,” Ahmed said.
Incidentally, in the picture Musharraf is clad in his army uniform which he doffed last year.
Pakistanis have been winning quite a few pageants internationally. A Pakistani girl was declared runner-up for the Miss Disco Queen contest earlier this month.
Sarkari represented Pakistan in the Miss Tourism Queen International contest earlier this month in China.
While most contestants taking part in such pageants are non-resident Pakistanis, a few residents are flying out of the country to make a mark at these events.
Sarkari, a Baloch, was raised in Karachi and has been in Toronto for the past six years. She had gone to Canada to study but stayed on and now runs a spa business there.
“We are showing people that young women from Pakistan deserve a voice and can do great things when given the chance. On an international level, we have far surpassed our goals bringing home six international titles within the past five years,” Ahmed said.
When reminded that Musharraf was not exactly popular in her home province of Balochistan, she said, “I don’t care…that’s politics.” the link paper

She is the only one left in pakistan to care (mixed with romanatic touch) about Mushraf.. She looked like who*e to me. How the heck she become Miss Pakistan on the first place.She is a disgrace to pakistan and pakistani people in general. Yes I agree, the above two losers are real losers, and its becoz of them the country is the way it is. Thanks to Musharraf that Pakistan’s economy and roshan khiyali has been introduced.

I dont know what you are talking about. This is what you call it decency when somebody exposes herselft in front of whole world. I agree with you that people have double standard when pointing finger at somebody but buddy dont forget to recongnize what is wrong and right. It is not being mondern when you throw yourselft and call yourselff moderate in simple english modern. You can be moderate with education and learning. This is what makes me made that people adopt lango from western world being modern is just get drunk, let losse yourself and going on wrong track. I agree that beauty peagentry is unislamic but look around is Islam being practiced by everyone with all its injunctions in Pakistan. The sad answer is no. Why? because everyone wants abiding by Islam with him making an exception. Hence everyone is doing in its capacity of freedom of expression. A dacoit loots. A civil servant takes bribe. A producer(of item) produces a lesser value substance inorder to make gains. Finally, some women upon empowerment are doing…whatever they are doing.
A decade ago I used to feel what planet do we live in. But now it seems some people are trying to walk into the footsteps of other nations of the world. So if you have problems with that I say you better take pills and take a rest. ‘Kyon k app ne dunya mein anay mein dair kar di hai.’

i saw all the comment.people whom said them girls sud be shamed and them who said its moderate.first to be a moderate is ok but As a MUSLIM this is not moderate. ya moderate in ISLAM will be wearing ful cloths and not showing ur body.ya in pakistan some places u cant even wear pent shirt (y?) that will be called moderate but still backword pakistani people.but clothless is shame not moderate.we cant do what india or other contries do, that wont take our country ahesd or recognizable NO. people will just say same things this is islamic country? these girls r muslim? are muslim alow to do these things?. but ya other countries will be happy that now islamic country is doing same thing and their belive done down.that will be shame.i’m moderate.i live in england and i’ve seen how girls r here but this country isnt muslim. i love my country pakistan but now what is happening in pak is SAD. some1 need to take charge and its new youngsters.but some families still dont care if girls dont go collage for study, gov dont care abut their people, people dont care abut each other ot their country thats SAD, break my heart that they burn their country, bombs killing each other what happend to us.thx for reading me.
