LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-N Chief, Mian Nawaz Sharif Wednesday said the time to bring revolution has come because it seems as if the February 18 decision of the people has not yet been accepted.

Addressing the a program marking the 10th anniversary of Pakistan’s emerging as one of the nuclear powers of the world here at Awan-i-Iqbal, he said President Pervez Musharraf had promised to step down in case the people’s mandate goes against him on February 18. But he failed to keep his word, Nawaz added.

I have made it clear to Asif Ali Zardari that if the judiciary is not restored he would also join in the lawyers movement, he said.

PML-N Chief said President Pervez Musharraf should be indicted on charge of treason. There is no need for giving him a safe passage.

Pakistan People’s Party Co-chairman, Asif Ali Zardari has endorsed the action to remove President Musharraf, he informed, adding the people decided to bring a change in the country on February 18. If I could, I would have removed (President) Musharraf on February 19. geo tv
