Ijaz-ul-Haq called Jami-Hafza operation “Qatl-e-Aam” (Mass Murders)
Jun 1st, 2008 | By Malik Shahid | Category: Focused, PakistanISLAMABAD: Former Minister of Religious Affairs Ijaz-ul-Haq while talking at Geo TV’s program “Merray Mutabiq” called Jami-Hafza operation a Mass Murders. He said that there should be an open trial on both sides. While talking about the meeting with Jami-e-Hafza management, he said that the negotiation team tried their best to reach at some agreement.
Haq also said that cabinet had not approved the operation and he was aware of the forum where operation was discussed and planned.
