Long march by the lawyer is justified as a democratic right. The PPP government has rightly allowed it to go ahead. But the advantage will be taken by the fundamentalists and there will be violence as it was in Karachi. The presidential forces like ISI will definitely take advantage of this situation and blame on lawyers for taking out the procession. The government need to appoint the impartial police and keep anybody connected with army and ISI far far away. The government has already dented its reputation among common man, as a democratic government and any disturbances from this procession will only invite the army on the street for long time and then we will be back to square one. The government has to learn a lot from this test and act democratically for all the people of Pakistan rather than for few.
