KA operation underway with consent of provincial govt.: Rahimdad

Talking to media on the sidelines of a function here, Rahimdad Khan said that the operation started on the complaints of the elders and the people. He said that the miscreants were orchestrating trouble in the area and challenging the writ of the government.
The Minister dispelled the impression of any impending threat to Peshawar city due to Bara operation and assured that the citizens were absolutely safe. He further said that the Bara operation would not affect the ongoing talks with the Taliban of Swat. geo tv
