30 killed, several injured in Teerah valley clashes

PESHAWAR : A fresh conflict between two militant groups on Wednesday in Teerah valley of Khyber Agency claimed the lives of 30 persons while several others were injured.
The clashes between two religious groups named as Lashkar-e-Islam and Ansar-ul-Islam have been continued for last 12 days in the border area of Teerah in Khyber Agency.
After this fresh incident, the number of killing people has risen to 113 while 110 persons have, so far, been injured.
The rival groups were using heavy weapons against each others. NNI (News Network International), 2008
