Pakistan Supreme Court to hear Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification case next week

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice, Pakistan Supreme Court, Abdul Hameed Dogar has constituted three benches of the Supreme Court in the next week from July 14 to hear many cases including the PML-N leader Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification case.
Following will be the structure of Benches
Bench-1: Chief Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Justice Muhammad Qaim Jan Khan
Bench-2: Justice Faqir Muhammad Khokhar and Karachi: Justice M. Javed Buttar
Bench-3: Justice K. Moosa Leghari, Justice Mohammed Akhtar Shabbir and Justice Mohammed Farrukh Mehmood
Bench three headed by Justice K. Moosa Leghari will hear Federation Government’s appeal against Lahore High Courts (LHC) decision to disqualify Nawaz Sharif from election.
