PPP, PML-N unanimous on judges issue: Nawaz Sharif

ISLAMABAD, Apr 17 (APP): Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) Quaid Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Thursday reiterated that PML-N and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) both were unanimous to resolve the judges issue in line with the Murree Accord.
Talking to a private television (GEO) Nawaz Sharif said during a recent meeting with PPP Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari at later’s residence he underlined the need to resolve the issue at the earliest.
“We both are committed and there is no two opinions in this regard,†he added.
To a question about impeachment of the President, he said it was not part of our manifesto and expressed some reservations over the 17th amendment and 58 (2) (B).
