Ten injured in Khairpur violence
Mar 22nd, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: SindhKHAIRPUR: The curfew has been clamped in Khairpur after violence erupted in the city, the sources said.
The violence erupted and situation spiraled out of control after the unidentified armed men resorted to heavy firing.
Several people are feared inured in firing on Eid-Milad-u-Nabi procession, the sources said. It’s confirmed that 10 people have been injured so far.
A police vehicle and a fire-brigade vehicle were also torched during the violence in Khairpur.
