Sindh Assembly to convene session on April 05
Mar 22nd, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: SindhKARACHI: The Governor Sindh, Dr. Ishrat Al-Abad Khan has summoned the meeting of newly elected Sindh Assembly on April 05 at 1100 hrs.
During the inaugural of the Assembly the elected members would take their oath, while the speaker would be voted in the next day, April 06.
The meeting would be presided over by Speaker, Syed Muzaffar Hussain Shah, while 164 out of a total of 168 members would take their oath.
Currently PPPP enjoys the support of 90 members, while MQM enjoys the support of 51.
