CM Sindh announces Rs2.5 mln for Civil Hospital Khairpur
May 6th, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: Focused, SindhKHAIRPUR: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah Tuesday announced a special grant of Rs2.5 million for Civil Hospital Khairpur.
He made the announcement during his visit to Khairpur.
The Chief Minister ordered Civil Surgeon, Dr. Aijaz Ali Gajani to prepare an expansion plan for the hospital and present a summary for transforming it into one of the modern health care facilities of the province.
The complaints of shortage of medicines are being received because the previous government did not pay any attention to the health sector.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah also administered polio vaccine to the children on the occasion.
