US Ambassador meets Sindh Chief Minister
May 8th, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: Focused, SindhKARACHI : The US Ambassador Anne W. Patterson had a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah at Chief Minister House here Thursday.
The Chief Minister apprised the US Ambassador about details of development projects in Sindh and also exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.
He also spoke about Sindhs culture and civilization as well as the performance of the present elected government.
On the occasion the Chief Minister presented Sindhs traditional gifts of ajrak, Sindhi cap and `rulli to Ambassador.
The US Consul General at Karachi Kay Anske, Chief Ministers
Principle Secretary Sohail Akbar Shah and Special Secretary Agha Akhtar Jan were also present on the occasion. AFP (Agence France-Presse), 2008
