KARACHI: Senator Asif Ali Zardari, Co-Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party has said a series of incidents right from the Sindh Assembly building to Wednesday’s Karachi incidents are being directed from a dark room of the conspirators, who want Pakistani people’s quest for democracy and strong federation to be derailed.

In a statement issued here, he condemned the engineered riots in Karachi and expressed his sympathies with the victims and said that no body would be allowed to take the law into his hands and peace and tranquility could not be allowed to be held hostage by a handful few.

“Democracy is the best revenge and all other acts being engineered, directed and portrayed as revenge are the plots of dictatorial forces, which would be unearthed dealt strongly with the law of the land,” Senator Asif Ali Zardari who arrived at Sukkur Airport from Dubai today evening said in a press statement.
