Malegaon blast accused to be charged under MCOCA: ATS
Nov 20th, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: IndiaMumbai, Nov 20 (IANS) All the 10 accused in the Sep 29 Malegaon blast would be charged under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) chief Hemant Karkare said here Thursday evening.
The accused include Sadhvi Pragnya Thakur and Lt Col. Prasad Purohit. The blast had left six people dead.
