    Apple: iPhone Application Sales may reach $1 billion

    According to Steve jobs, Apple CEO, 60 million of iPhone 3G applications are sold since it was first launched last month. If the same pace is continued , Apple could make $360 million additional revenue during the year, Steve jobs said during his interview with Wall Street Journal.

Report: Apple’s “blacklist” Kills iPhone applications

It is the buzz of the day that Apple can kill any application running on your iPhone first generation or iPhone 3G. According to Researcher Jonathan Zdziarski, Apple installed a file in the iPhone’s firmware which could allow Apple contacting with apple server to remove any application remotely. He further said that the iPhone comes with application “blacklist” which gives control to Apple in killing certain applications on the iPhone.
