    Intel brands Nehalem chips with ‘Core i7′

    Intel announced today that it will brand its Nehalem processors, including a highest-end Extreme Edition chip as Intel Core with “i7″. The i7 identifier will be used for upcoming line of Intel Core processors. The identifier will be different for other Core Processor after the first crop.


    Apple to stop using Intel for MacBooks

    The music giant Apple will stop using Intel chipsets for its new series of Mac computers. Apple, the third largest Desktop maker in US, is planning to use alternative chipsets according to Media sources.
