Google’s Gmail service back up
Aug 11th, 2008 | By Sindh Today | Category: TechnologyThe parent company of one of the largest web based email service, Google confirmed today that there was a problem in the contact system of Gmail which started at 2100GMT or 1400PST. Google said in the second announcement in the “Gmail Help Center” that they have fixed the issue which caused having problem to Gmail users accessing their email account.
Google also assured to its users that all mails are safe. Google users all around the world including North America, Europe and Asia noticed the problem and many are considered to have reported to Google. One of the Google employ confirmed to the new agency that in addition to regular Gmail account, Google corporate accounts were also down.
At the time of writing, Google’s Gmail service including the Google Apps Email Service is working normally without any problem.
