Apple has been running Anti Vista campaign for nearly two years. In almost all ads, Apple has used ads to project the shortcoming of Microsoft’s operating system and pitching the strength of its Mac. Due to these ads, Apple has seen impressive sales growth.

According to chief executive Steve Ballmer’s email in which he wrote that “”In the competition between PCs and Macs, we outsell Apple 30-to-1. But there is no doubt that Apple is thriving,”. He further said that “Why? Because they are good at providing an experience that is narrow but complete, while our commitment to choice often comes with some compromises to the end-to-end experience.”

Now the time will tell whether they have the same success by running ads against Apple Mac platform. I guess we have to wait and see!!
