ICANN opened flood doors of Internet Domain Names.

Internet Corporation for Assigning Names and Numbers (ICANN) on Thursday voted to relax the restriction on domain names. The restriction that domain names must have only ICANN assigned tld at the end like SouthAsia.us, Netah.com have been lifted by ICANN during the meeting today.
After current regulation or relaxation will come on force, one could make any domain like firstname.lastname or company.city. It is considered as ICANN have opened the final flood doors of domain names.
Move is expected decline the reseller industry of domain names which was growing faster even during the economic issues in the world. Pizza.com was sold at $2.4 million early this year.
