US court charged Guantanamo inmate

Almost eight years after US Navy destroyer the USS Cole was bombed in Yemen, Abdel al Rahim al-Nashiri has been charged with murder and terrorism.US prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the man, who has been held at the Guantanamo Bay military prison in Cuba since 2006.
A senior Pentagon official will decide if the charges should proceed, as prosecutors have taken so long in presenting the case. geo tv
